I took a friend of mine to park to show him how to
cast a fly rod (not that Im great but......).
He did really awsome for the first time out in the park
and now his hooked.I told him that he can use my stuff
for now because I have more then a nuff but he wants to
get his own rod and two reels and a FLOAT TUBE as
well. Im happy because now I will have a good friend of mine (more like a best friend) to go FF and tubing with.
I just tought I share[Smile]

Yeah , works for me and I know that he will enjoy it.Also
that maybe something that he can teach his son later on.
(his kid is just like 18 mounts old now). And If he cant
take his son FF and I will[Smile]

Along these same lines, I have had several friends at first decline the invitation and say, "Nah, fishing's too boring." When I say that fly-fishing is different, they give it a try. And every one of them who thought fishing was boring likes fly-fishing. And the funny part is, with two of them, the fish were completely uncooperative, yet the fishermen still got hooked. So not catching did not equate to boring. Go figure!

[#008000][Image: happy.gif]Once someone gets the fly fishing bug and decides to broaden the field of fly fishing into tying, now they're really going to be hooked. Catching a trout of any size on a home made fly is the ultimate high. Next time out, that is if you are a tier, give them one of you flies and watch the magic go to work.[/#008000] [Image: bobwink.gif]

Im not tying just yet. Im still geting the handle on ff itself.
But I will by tying sooner then later. I can see the trill
of geting a fish on a fly that I made at home. That
must be the very best ultimate high for sure.[Smile]
Fly fisherman are tackle junkies and that is just fine with me[Wink]

[#008000][Image: happy.gif]I had to delete some goodies from my fly vest for it was weighing in at about 10 lbs. I know I have stuff that I have yet to use, but I've got it if needed. [Image: bobwink.gif][/#008000] [#008000]Yup I have even bought some of that snake oil elixir because the guy at the side show said it would cure everything. Duh when will I ever learn. LOL[/#008000]
