I know that I have caught crawfish in Ririe Res. I dont know if it is the best place but you can catch them there.

A friend and I caught quite a few at Island Park Res this summer. They were all over the place

Thanks!
Sounds good, but a little too far for a day trip[frown].
I will have to try it next summer.

I would think that any of the Reservoirs in Southern Idaho have them. I seen some crawdad traps on CJ the other day. The whole Snake River system has them as far as I know.

The Boise has an abundance as well...

There was a thread last year on good spots where guys were catching them by the hundreds, I believe....

Anywhere along the Bear river or above Oneida dam has some huge ones!!! I would kill the carp i catch and throw them on the side of the bank and in about 15minutes there is alot of em all over the carp..........
