taking the row boat to DC sunday. plan on putting in at the day use near the charleston bridge and paddling out onto the "flats". Any advise on what to try first? Hope to get some perch and trout, and a walleye would be nice but my relationship with DC is a torrid affair lasting many years and she is mostly a cruel female canine when it comes to giving up her walleyes. LOL, anyhow no motor so we will be mostly drift fishing and tossing lures. look for 2 guys in a 14 foot boat drifting around. thanks in advance, i will try to have my BFT snow cap around but feel free to stop by and say "hello" my name is Chris.
