My brother recently retired from DuPont and we thought it would be a good idea to hook up with Mark from Soddy Custom Tackle for some first time dock shooting and crappie for the freezer. Mark did not disappoint us. We brought back 45 to stock my brother&#39;s freezer. We did not keep a good count after the limits, but I would estimate the total crappie count around 75 or 80. I think Mark took it easy on us and for the most part hit those easier docks. He did show us what he can do with the shooting technique and it is amazing. There is no telling how many he could have caught with a couple more experienced shooters!<br /><br />Bobby Garland&#39;s were the bait of choice today and two of the better colors were chartreuse glitter and baby bass. There was a lot of current at times. We fished from about 8:30 to 3:00.<br /><br />Thanks, Mark and Soddy Custom Tackle for &quot;hooking&quot; us up!!<br /><br />
