[#500000]I took my daughter, her husband, and his dad to catch some cutts and rainbows Monday. We were on the water about 7:30, calm and not too cold, although it was about 27 degrees at Daniels Summit. We spent the day jigging in the ladders area without ever moving to a different spot. The bite was consistent most of the day, not fast and furious, but a lot of fun and everyone caught plenty of fish. Water temp was about 60. My biggest cutt was 24 inches and of course we caught a bunch of slot cutts, plus 3 rainbows 16 to 18 inches. The wind came up for maybe half an hour, and the bite fell off, but then the wind died down and the bite picked right back up where it left off. We got off the lake about 2. It was a typical summer-pattern day at the Berry, but I suspect the storms that are coming are really going to mix things up and it'll be a whole new ballgame, expecially if the water temp drops a lot. That's alright, the fall fishing is great too.[/#500000]
