well we are getting close to the end of another fishing year,

I am left wondering how my fellow anglers have done this year.

dose any one have any BIGFISH pic's they would like to share?

I have 4,

three caught on fly rod and one on a spinning rod.

Didn't really catch anything too special. But here are my two biggest catches of the year.

not much for me either
a 20" bass and a 21" carp

The best thing about that bass I caught is that I caught it with my trout gear. It was on a light/medium action rod with 6 pound test. Took me about 10 minutes to bring him in. I'm horrible at telling how the size of fish by looking at them. And unfortunately, I didn't have my scale with me that day. If anyone has an idea on how much it may weight by looking at it feel free to say so. I'd like to hear other peoples guesses. Maybe I can come up with an average and call it that lol.

looks to me like a good 3 1/2 - 4 pounds...

a respectable catch any day of the week with any tackle... I have seen much smaller entered in bass tournaments...

Looks like a great year for you DaveT. My only best for the year was a 3 1/2lber lgmouth. Many fluke caught but never big enough for a picture. Some nice blues with Tomc, but stripers just over legel lenghth of 28" May the fish gods look after you next year as well.

did not have a great year but it was not bad either. I got a 21" largemouth that went 5.74lbs and my biggest pike was only about 28". Pike was not my biggest by far but my best this year so ill take it. Hopefully i will have more time next year to target some more of the toothy critters.

I'll have to get on my wifes pc and post some pics of our sturgeon. Biggest at 7'. Got some decent trout this year too.

I went several times this year on the st clair river, only got one run, no solid hookups...

there is always next year...
