Tubby and I returned to the chik today to find a heavy fog which kept us confined to the area near the ramp which did not turn out so bad.We found some fish on a flat near the main channel who wanted a spinnerbait early then came up schooling and ate chuggers for us.Water temps started at 58 with very little wind.When the fog lifted the bite slowed considerably but we still found an occasional school coming up for fast and furious topwater action.Gonna attempt to post the days best fish.Now is definitely the time to be there for some very exciting fishing.
