Can you still launch at Lost Creek? [15' Trihull]
I may try it in the morning.
How low is the water level?
Thanks,
DKS

We haven't had anyone post a report on lost creek in a while but I would bet you would be safe launching your boat there. When I was last there toward the end of Aug, the water level was higher than I had seen it in years, so I'm sure you will be ok. By the way, good luck and please let us know how you do.

Don't know if you attempted Lost Creek. I was there two weeks ago and some fairly large boats were able to lauch without any problems. I would think you would be fine. By the way, fished from shore with powerbait, spinners and even eggs and only caught two small, skinny rainbow. My wife really enjoys fishing there so we go when we can keep our oldest home long enough to babysit.

Missed the exit to Lost Creek and wound up at Rockport today.
Fishing was a bit slow but we did catch fish throughout the day.
Down riggers helped but a few were caught with a long line and a worm set up.
All fish were healthy Rainbow Trout and ranged from about 12" to 17" with a few having anchor worm scars.
