[cool][#0000ff]I just received this email back from Jeff Rasmussen, manager for Yuba State Park.[/#0000ff]

We have come up just over 4 feet in the last month and now sit at 28% capacity. We have quite a bit of water coming in now so I expect that we will continue to come up relatively fast.
I have not had a chance to check the water temperature but guess it is in the upper 30's. The lake is starting to ice over at Painted Rocks about up to the ramp. Air temperatures yesterday started out in the low teens so it will not be too long before Painted Rocks is iced over. My best guess for complete ice over......late December / Early January. If the cold temperatures continue as they have been it will be sooner than later.
I have not been able to talk with any of the few fishermen that have visited recently so I do not have any new information. I am looking forward to ice over as I think that will be our next best chance for fairly decent fishing.....we will see.
