so my wife and I have a bet going. I know for sure that I've heard that some counties throughout the country that it's against the law to NOT own a gun, my wife thinks I'm wrong. so can anyone help clear this up? is there anywhere that legally you have to own a gun? I heard this on the radio but I can't find anything about it. Please include a link to your info. thanks.
