John invited me to go along today since we decided Dale Hollow would be too troublesome with all the frozen precip in that area yesterday. We got on the water around 9:30 and fished main lake points and rocky banks with diving and lipless crankbaits. Not a terrible day. We caught a bunch of smallmouth but none kept. We did catch two decent keeper largemouth however. Water temps ranged from 44-46 degrees with 10mph winds out of the northwest. Lot of stain on the main channel but fairly clear back in the sloughs. They were really pulling water today. Thanks John for letting me tag along.
