Fished at the pumphouse today 12/23. Fishing was slow. Between four of us we cought about 50 bluegills in three hours. No bass or perch. Ice was about 8" thick.

I also fished the pumphouse on 12/23. Big change from 2 weeks ago! I caught maybe 30 with about a third of those big enough to keep. Mostly gills with a couple decent whities and perch mixed in. There were far fewer fish out in the channel away from the gates. One thing I did find is the size of the whities went up from the past couple weeks, but a lot fewer of them.

Me and dr. veha were at the pumphouse as well yesterday. I guess we should start speaking up and asking if people are BFT users. Anyhow, it is definitely not like it was. Nowhere near as fast and furious. The bites were very light and we had to finess those suckers to bite what we had. I managed a few crappie, probably four or five white bass but only one worth keeping, and a few gills between the two of us. No perch today. The wind didn't help either. I have got to invest in better winter gear for Utah instead of Texas... []

its on the same road you take to Saratoga Resort> Its a big 2 story cream colored brick building to the left. It sits in about 3 city blocks from the road. There is a huge parking lot on the right side of the road where the remote controlled airplane field is.
When the pumphouse is on its really on. Most guys wont venture past the gates more than 20 yards. When we fished it we always did better 100-150 yards southeast of the pumphouse. You may need to drill several holes to find the channel.
If i had an auger I'd be down there tomorrow! I got the fishing blues with all this damn snow and ice hahaha
