Anyone know if there is safe ice and snow conditions for taking my 4 wheeler on Daniels or Devils tommorow? Taking my nephews and want them to have a fun time. Thanks

Neither one is THAT big, do you need an ATV? Don't get me wrong, they are great and definitely easy way to do it, but just a what if thing.

I have been to Devils Creek a couple of times . There was 14" of solid ice . I took my 4 wheeler both times . The fishing was pretty good . Curt G.

I fished devils creek on 12-26. Took my 4-wheeler, had the crap scared out of me. Cruising out from the main launch, little before the middle of the reservoir and all of the sudden the wheeler drops about 4 inches, I thought I was going in. Luckily it was just a soft spot. Natural instinct was turn and get on the throttle. I turned around and followed the shoreline towards the dam. The sled and all the gear, wet and covered in slush. Fishing was great, I fished in about 21ft of water. Never made out to the middle again. Man that was scary. The ice is plenty thick, 11-12".
