You might want to ask on the Wyoming boad about the 4 wheelers.

Yes you are allowed to have an ATV on the ice on the Wyoming side.
Yes you are required to have a stamp or sticker on your atv to use it in WY.
Last year the folks that used their atv's got the stamps at the ATV dealer in Green River or Rock Springs. A quick check on line will give you the phone numbers if you want to call them up in advance.

Any Idea what these ATV stickers cost? We will be staying in Manila, UT wondering if we could obtain one there, or I guess we could pick one up in Evanston, Wy? Thanks for any help. Looking forward to next Saterday.

Your best bet would be to get one in Evanston or Mountain View. I'll do an on line check today and see if can get some better information. If I remember correctly they are around &10 for a season.
Looks like everyone will also need to buy a $5 FG user permit. I was hoping the Chamber would wave this requirement but I heard yesterday that they will not.

The chamber has nothing to do with the user permit. I think that would be up to the forest service. Personally I can't see why they would wave the fee, just for this event. It's all about the money
