Planned to fish Salmon Falls Sunday and Monday but it didn't work out that way. We did fish Salmon Falls on Sunday afternoon from 1-4 or so. I couldn't to believe all of the people fishing. Ended up fishing at Big Sandy Bay but only got one bit (missed it) the entire time. Saw one trout caught out of the 20 or so people fishing. Everyone was having fun playing on the ice and partying that I think all the noise was keeping the fish tight lipped. So Monday we decided to stop at few areas on the way home. We ended up fishing for about 30 minutes at Bell Rapids. Seems the area is loaded with Idaho Power planters that are hungary. Avery smoked me and the wife and caught 3, wife 0 me 1. It was fun for Avery as he always gets a
