I fished the delayed harvest section on the main river because it has been fishing extremely well with well over average fish coming out of there. Water was high but unusually clear. It was worth the trip just watching trout smash the caddis flies coming off the surface of the water. I caught 3, which is not impressive, but I could have caught more if I fished for the risers but wanted bigger fish today. I know most of you guys dont trout fish or flyfish, but since I dont see many reports from fly fishermen on here or trout reports I figured I could start for those who might want to know and get a wild hair to go catch some.
