Had a great time checking out a couple of the "Beaver Mtn Circle" of lakes near Beaver with hedgesd . .

Caught lots of small rainbows at both Anderson Meadow & LeBaron, with AM having faster action and smaller fish, and La Baron a little lighter on the action but yielded bigger fish . .

had light thunderstorms friday, friday night & sat 3 pm - yielded nice light rain - could've used more! We were lookin' for brookies at LB, but caught only on rainbows this trip . . caught 'em on worms on bottom, worms under a bobber, powerbait, kastmaster, wooly buggers, e.s. leeches, maybe something else i forgot . .

there was a fair amount of people on the mountain, not too crowded, lots of nice people with kids fishin' . .

thanks to hedgesd for going early and getting an awesome camping spot and showing me the lakes, my first time there . . hopefully there will be enough water to sustain the fish over the winter at these lakes . .

Once a hidden treasure in Southern Utah now it's turned in to Cedar Mtn. It used to be my favorite place to get out of the noise and rush of the city. Now the roar of atv's and trucks drowns out the natural music of the mountains.

Besides that the fishing was mainly planters at all lakes. Some of the planters grow a little faster but still just a planter. All the lakes are getting a huge brown and green algae bloom that makes catching anything between little res and Anderson meadow tough. All the lakes in between are brown as dirt.
