I also fished the BFL tx. It was cold, We found some clear water early and me and my boater both caught one each on a jerk bait. after that nothing we tried jigs on the rocks around and about wore the the rattles out in our traps. My one weighed 3.4 and my boaters was 4.3 I think. Water temp stayed around 44 with us. One of my friends I went with caught 12lbs using the traps on multiple colors.
