Presently, I'm with my laptop in a hospital where I have been undergoing treatment for cancer of the lungs. I have since lost my ability to talk and my doctors have told me that I have only a few months to live. It is my last wish to see that this money is invested to any organization of your choice and distributed each year among the charity organization, the poor and the motherless baby's home where I come from. I want a God fearing, to also use this money to fund churches, orphanages! And widows, I took this decision, before I rest in peace because my time will soon be up.
As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the Security Company. I will also issue you a letter of authority that will prove you as the new beneficiary of my fund.

Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I stated herein. Hoping to hearing from you soon.

[cool][#0000ff]I got the same message today, with a different BFT user name. I reported it on the moderator board. They need to have their ISP address blocked. That is an extreme measure that we try to avoid but it may be necessary.[/#0000ff]

Just chiming in that I got the same message and it was from Jbriggs. I didn't check the time it was recieved but it looks like it is being dealt with accordingly.
You know its funny that people really think that they could get away with that on a site like this. E-mail is one thing, but come on really?

Yeah not only did I get the PM today but for some reason they got my email from the BFT site as well and used the BFT site to send it. Strange!!!

They went right to your profile and got it from there, anyone can view your profile. I would suggest that you remove your Email address from your profile and just replace it with "send me PM" or something like that. Also, anyone can sign up for a free Email address on BFT, just go up to the dark blue bar above that says "Features".

If any of you still have the original PMs can you tell me if the user name has a strike through it? It has been reported that this indicates that the user name has been deleted from BFT and I would like to confirm that.

The name is not striked out, either in my PM box or on "her" profile. In fact, the profile has a rather nice picture of a waterfall... and the Personal Description is the "letter" sent in PMs

I haven't gotten any other PMs... then again, I haven't responded, either! LOL

I got the same message Jbriggs on the 11th it says new member and status not validated. I cant believe that a person could scam money out of another person and sleep at night.
