I find barometric pressure to be the one of the most important factors in fish behavior because of, not only, the phenomenon itself; but the changing conditions associated with it. This can be Confused with "When should I go fishing?" Weather conditions play a major role in fish behavior but you can catch fish any time if you understand their behavior under different conditions. I say fish hard when it gets tough and try different things because if you can find them and get them to bite when they have lock jaw then you can wail on them when they are hungry.
