I am headed to Bear lake with the family next week and will be there 7 days. I plan on trying to get some fishing in but I have never had much luck this time of year. I know the fishing is tough up there this time of year but I can't be on a lake all week without giving it my best try no matter how slim my chances.

I just thought I would ask if anyone has any tips that might give me a little better odds. I don't have any cisco so that makes my odds even worse. If anyone has any tips for cutthroat or lake trout I would be grateful for any help.
