No Earmarks- come on we aren't that stupid! It's a Bipartisan problem that peaked under the last administration. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0108/8054.html They're all politicians so at least I hope it doesn't surpass what happened a few years ago any time soon but it probable will. Is your friend talking about a new party because I don't recognize either party from those statements?
