Just went up with scout group just letting you know the south end of the reservoir is open water!!!! You can access it from the boat ramp. Looks like you just have to do a little breaking. There was not one boat out on the water. The ice looks extremely thin. It got up to 40at 8 in the morning and half the ice was gone. Hope i am getting some of you soft water fans excited!
