A member has asked me how to get photos off of his iPhone and in turn posted on BFT. I am not familiar with this process. Could I get some imput from your with iPhones?

same as a digital camera. Plug it into the computer and you will get an auto prompt asking what to do with the photos. If you open I Tunes you can change the settings so it will auto save and download pics every time you plug it in.

Alternately you can email them to yourself and save them to your hardrive from whatever computer you can read your email on.
