Fishing Forum

Hi, it's me again. My 2 favorite fish are trout and salmon. I fish for trout whenever possible but since I married a non fisherman, I haven't had the chance to get out to my favorite fishing holes. I am the only one in our family who eats fish but I view it as more for me. LOL
I have never fished for salmon but would love the chance to try. Growing up in Kooskia, my grandmother was somewhat poor so we lived on wild game and fish, those are the memories that stick with me and some of the best times of my life. So there you have it.

Sorry no, Kooskia is in Idaho, it's a beautiful area but very small. You will pass it completely if your taking the scenic route to Missoula, Hwy 12. There is a turn off to the town before you hit the bypass.
