went looking for wall and his buddy eye at the mouth of the river. not a bump. but i didn't get down there till mid day.
One "tooner was leaving when i got there. No one else there till i was leaving. Typical for my luck down there.
So they are probably slay'em right now. Open water pretty much as far as i could see.

I fished there pretty hard on saturday from late afternoon till about 9:00 with the same results, the wind had blown the ice into there pretty tight good to see it pushed back out by Sunday. Any time now!!
