Hit ririe today. Got there about 7:45 started fishing about 8:00. Started off a little slow got one kokanee around 9:00.Seen a lot of fish on the vex but they were not to interested in what I had. About 11:00 a school came by and I had 5 more kokanee by 11:15. So I thought I would go look for some perch. Moved to 17' of water and caught 1 more kokanee, 5 trout ,5 perch and one sucker. I took and tossed the sucker on the Ice about 30 yards a way.I was sitting there fishing and a bald eagle swooped down and tried to pick up the sucker He had it for a minute then dropped it. He kept circling and diving down to get the fish but there were what looked like hawks dive booming him and he would turn up side down and try to grab them. After about 10 tries he finally got the sucker and flew off. I haven't forgot my camera all winter intel today[frown]. The edges are getting a little scary looking but there is still 14"-15" of ice . Had a good day of fishing. Watching the eagle made it a great day.[]

what do you use to get out on the ice?

You don't need any thing just walk down the boat dock it is still frozen around it.
