I have not been to Utah lake before, and am wondering where the easiest access is and how to get there. Thanks!

This page contains a map with points marked where you can access Utah Lake, along with some directions.

For starters, Lincoln Beach on the SW end you can launch or fish the dike for free. Or, you can go to the state park on Center Street in Provo (follow it west from I-15 till the end), and pay to enter and fish there.

Or fish Lindon Marina or American Fork Boat Harbor for an entrance fee as well.

There are also some public access areas for free on the Provo Airport dike south of Center street in Provo, at Sandy Beach where the Spanish Fork river enters in the SE corner of the lake, in 'Mud Lake' (Provo Bay) in Provo near University Ave. exit. Lots to choose from.

Well according to this website, I have apparently caught one Utah Lake Walleye in my life! It's always a little interresting to see your picture in a place where you are not expecting it to be. I'm pretty sure I know where the pic came from. I also recognize that big left hand and the jig hanging out of the mouth of the white bass.

Yep, lots of good folks here have given permission to use their pictures (I always ask permission first - I hope I didn't miss you on this one - it's been up there for several years). Let me know if you'd rather I take that one down.
