Fishing Forum

I am planning on going to Horseshoe for the first time on the 20th and again on the 27th. Would like any info on this lake from anyone who knows it. I live in Lakeland, TN and have never been to it but it is close enough to get there in about an hour from what I can tell from the map. I usually fish Pickwick but would like something closer. Thanks for any input you can give me. Enclosed is a nice one I caught at Bay Springs last year. She went a little over 7 pounds.
