Next week both of Utahs major political parties will be having their caucus's. These meetings will determine who goes to the conventions to choose who will be running for office this year in the stae and federal elections.
Every seat in the UT house is up for re-election, many state Senators are also up for re-election. All three federal House seats are up for re-election and one of the two US senate seats is up for re-election. In addition to all that the officer of Governor and LT. Governor is up for re-election.

In lite of the results of the striking down of HB 80 and the passing of HB141 I am literally begging everyone who fishes to attend their caucus's with every member of their household who votes. This process is the one where our voice can be the loudest it has ever been.

To find out where your caucus will be go to the website of your party and follow the instructions on it.

Mods,
Can this stay on this much more active board for the week? This is probably the most important event for fishers this entire year.

I'll be attending my caucus next week. Don't know how involved I'll get since I'm already committed to helping a senate campaign and possibly one for governor. But I'll be at the caucus and you can be sure I'll be pushing for our local anglers.

Not only will be attending my causus, I have begun canvassing my neighborhood to get every one I can there so that I can be nominated and elected to the convention.

I have also volunteered to work on a Senate and a House campaign.
Busy boy, I'll be.
