Scofield has TONS of chub. You can find them right off the docks, or in the spring sometime after the ice off and before the water warms up they should be in the shallow flooded grass trying to spawn. Good luck.

Huintington State Park, on sr10 just North of the city of Huntington. Chuck full of chubs, Get there after dark and put a piece of a worm in the water, you will get all you could ever use.
Bonus catches, Largemouth bass & Big Brown and some stocked rainbows, last year they introduced small Wipers to help with the chub problem.

Agree with Huntington North State Park as well, that place has really big chub, some pushing 12+ inches. Knocked them dead with a worm off the bottom. Huntington North is about an hour and a half south of Scofield, maybe a touch out of range for you.
