Fished Fish Lake last Saturday. No problem with catching, but most of the fish (perch, rainbows & splake) were on the smaller side. Tried for macks for awhile but didn't have any luck. The top layer was frozen with about an inch of snow on top of that so walking was no problem at all. The edges were nice and sold and the ice is still about 2 feet thick and our holes kept freezing all day long -- so there should be many days of ice fishing remaining at Fish Lake. Beautiful weather and good company.

how was the drive up? i was thinking about heading out there but only have a car. dont wanna go just to get stuck.

There was a little drifting snow on the road on the way up, but it was all melted by the time we headed home.

Thanks for the report. Glad to hear FL is accessable again. It seemed not too many have made it down since that snow storm a little over a week ago that closed the road.
