put in at shellmound around 1,about time the wind was getting uo real good.since i had my mom with me and she doesnt like the rough water we hung around that area and fished til 6.we managed to catch 7 bass,with 5 keepers.i caught 5 on a hank parker special sb and she caught 2 on a dead ringer worm.the fish that hit the spinnerbait was killing it.i would have liked to have been able to run up river to see if we could have got on some more fish,but i didnt feel like getting beat by mom.i had a great evening being able to spend some time with her and catching a few fish.the water temp was 54 and all fish were caught in less than 5ftw.
