Not much of a report for this week. Drove down to Otter Creek for some open water fishing the lake is 100% ice free now. What a difference a week makes we fished it hard and walked away with 1 11 inch trout. Headed over to try minersville got some still water lessons from troutstalker and we managed one fish there two and it might have gone 10 inches if we stretched it. On the way home we fished burraston ponds and each of us got one while troutstalker picked up 3 nothing over 13". A nearly full moon and a storm sure shut the fishing down this weekend. Talking to the ranger at otter creek, Wednesday and Thursday people where killing it with fish up to 6lbs. Kind of one of those should have been here yesterday stories.

Still not a total loss. Still found some fish. Still early in year though. Hopefully the weather will calm soon and the fishing will pick up again.

When we fished OC on Friday, two of us caught 2 fish and only 7 or so were caught between the 18-20 people that we fished around and the biggest fish was a 4lb cutt. OC sure seems slow lately with a few decent reports mixed in. I don't think I will waste my time with OC until the consistent good reports start coming in. 3 hours is too far toy drive for a few average bows that you could catch at Deer Creek or Scofield.

Tell me about that lakes personality manic/depressive last week in 3 hours I had 8 from shore that is the only reason I made the drive down there. I think it had a lot to do with the stained water but also the cold front.
