Making the trek from Utah to Evansville to vist my sisiter in August looking for some areas to fish while there ??? warmwater- coldwater-muddywater whatever [] [] would like to catch a walleye and some panfish but would settle for some cats other than channels -gar- or some big non-game fish..Anyone care to share ?? I will be on shore or the banks in my attempt..FISHAMANIAC ..

If you are ok with a variety of fish, you could fish at the look and dam in Newburgh(only about 5-15 minutes away form Evansville). I have heared there is some good back fishing there. Good Luck.[fishin]
