I went to Utah Lake today to see if the walleye wanted to play. It was a beautiful day, and there were tons of people, but the fishing was slow, slow, slow! Only caught one walleye....no other bites.

You did a hell of a lot better than I did yesterday!!! Floated around for 6 hours and only had 2 bites. Thinking of heading down to the Knolls tomorrow if anyone cares to join me. Breaking out the toon. I drive a black minivan. Drop on by!!

I am not sure why the fish are not biting. There were many people fishing at Lincoln Beach, and I know of only one other person who caught a fish.

Nice picture of Timp and some fairly calm UL water Lloyd. Too bad they weren't on more for you but it still sounds like a nice day out and still a nice fish to take home.

Don't feel badly Lloyd, you caught one more fish than I did today.[Smile]

Don't forget, at Utah Lake .. one walleye is a Christmas miracle for most people.. for the whole season!

Nice Job, and that's a great shot with a snow capped Timp in the background of the walleye.

I guess the next place will be Starvation or Deer Creek. I love to fish for walleye. Thanks for your tutoring at Deer Creek!
