Had a few hours to kill on Saturday. Decided to hit the Lower Provo. Water was still low and clear. Managed a few browns and one whitie. Nothing epic, but it was enough to make me stay longer than I should have. Took a couple on top with BWO and Adams. Took a couple underneath with PT, HE and Scuds.
