[]May 1. Ran out to the Knoll today to clam some Bass. Set up on some good bottom on the incoming tide and picked away at short Bass and some big Blues. The bass were just mouthing the bait so you had to free spool the reel with out the clicker to feel the bite. Stayed for the first hour of the outgoing tide and hit a flurry of short and keeper Bass up to 35 inches. Slow bite but patience payed off with a good catch.
