[font "Courier New"][#000080][size 3]I plan to take my 3 year old nephew on a fishing trip on Thursday afternoon. Of course, right now he seems all excited, but I don't know how long that will last once we actually get there... especially if my usual skunkiness is contagious.
So now, I suddenly can't remember which community ponds might have a playground (not that I ever really paid attention before, anyway!).
I figure we'll bring our own little toys, and a picnic dinner, so the outting won't be a total loss... but some slides and swings would be good too.
Our options are Kaysville, Farmington, Ogden area (I've never gone up that way) and...I think Clinton and Roy has toys? I know Holmes Creek, Bountiful and Syracuse/Jensen don't have playgrounds.

So, any advice on where best to go for both playgrounds and possible catching (even with my luck!), would be great! Thanks!

[font "Courier New"][#000080][size 3]Thanks! I'll keep that in mind, for our vacation later this year at Snowbird (since the resort charges $ to use their pond).
For now, though, that's too far away for just an afternoon. I gotta stick to Davis and southern Weber county.

You know Roy has toys and if you want company let me know I can meet you there and help if you want. I hope the weather is good for this outing!!!

I know you said up north, but I will talk about south anyways. I think the best stocked (people and fish) pond with a playground is willow on 54 south. The fishing can be as fast as anywhere....little of a drive for ya, but not too bad. I dont know up north well, but the ones above me do...so there ya have it all!!! Hope we can share some H20 soon!,,
