<br /> Well, Jmax continued his superhuman display of catching 14.5" largemouth today. <br /> We started out fishing the edges of a spawning flat and I got our first keeper on a 10" worm (a 15.1" sqeeker keeper). Jmax continues to get two 14.5" LM. A little while later I hook and lost another keeper on a tube (probably another 15.5 incher). A few shorts later (by you know who again) and I boat our second keeper, a 13" spot. A few shorts later (by you know who) and I get our 3rd keeper on a tube, a 15.5" largemouth. <br /> We left that spots and headed to a flat in Harrison Bay. We each boated a couple of shorts, I finally got a short!!!<br /> We gave up and hit Wolftever to chase some of Jmax's pets. After a few more shorts (by you know who, does anyone see a pattern here?), I get our last two keepers on a black/blue pig n jig (15.25" and 16" largemouths). We finally have our limit and when I say we I mean me.emoPoke <br /> We leave that spot to fish in the hurricane out in the main lake on a deep water point. After I lost a short LM Jmax sets the hook and finally, finally, after like 10 short fish, boates a keeper. A spot that is the exact same size as the on I have in the well but he ate breakfast this morning so he would have weighted 0.5 oz more (maybe). To help boost Jmax's confidence we culled my spot so he would have a fish to weight in.emoAngel <br /> We caught a few more shorts, Jmax got a drum and channel cat and that was our day. Had like 8.5 lbs with 5 fish.emoLaugh We had more than that last week with 3 fish. Took almost 16 lbs to win. We did have fun and boated 18 bass (2 spots, rest LM) and lost 4-5 more that would not have helped.<br /> Funny thing happened today, Jmax kept getting hits on a shakey head, he would set the hook and the fish would steal his worm. Must have happened 4-5 times. Funny stuff and he was getting quite upset which just made it funnier.<br /> That for letting me carry....er....ride with you today Jmax, it was fun.emoEvil
