Down size jigs and spinners for Bluegills because of their small mouths. Fish deer hair poppers on the fly. put them into the brush so tight that you have to have a fish take it to get it out. this will get the bigger bass out of the tight cover, not to mention that they are one of the funnest fish to catch on a fly rod. use strong tippet and leader.
