ive been reading all thew articles about the bass regulations. I cant really say i know how best to regulate the fisheries, i think i do however know a way we can all help the fisheries. I plan on every 4th or 5th trip out targeting Carp. yeah i said it, carp[Wink]. i wrote drew asking a few questions, he confrimed carp do imapct fisheries in a negative way.

"They impact the rooted aquatic vegetation thereby damaging habitat. More than anything else they just take up space and resources."

With the whole biomass arguement ive been reading about, freeing up some of it for game fish has gotta help. i figure with all the hard core guys on here maybe we could make a difference. Im in the market for a cheap bow too, so this summer when i see em sitting on top at willard, SEE YA BYE lol. if anything there fun to catch, never forget that trip on Starvation i thought i had a trophy walleye only to be greeted by Mr. Stink[Wink].

I know very little about the whole biology of water. just a maintenace man, from back east no less! Also my lakes back in ohio and michigan have carp in them, but they dont dominate the lakes like they do out here, not sure why?

Lets go get these nasty buggers[:p]
