I decided to buy an over the counter turkey tag and try my luck we went up yesterday morning and got into turkeys right away but they was to far to put a stalk on with the kids so we kept looking after moveing around most the day we went back to where we seen them earlier and spoted them again about 150 to 200 yards out so me and the kids put on the stalk got within about 75 yards and glassed out the toms there was a big boy in the back but to hard to get to with the kids so we spoted 2 closer to us and picked the one we wanted we got closer and let out a shot he tumbled

Ya i only get one every few months ive been fishing as much as i can but lately its been all about shed hunting then turkeys i got a ton of elk sheds and a few deer this tyear ill post pics this week
