Welcome to the forum. I really don't have any fresh tips for you. I haven't fished Oakley in quite a few years. When we did, we fished for trout along the rocks at the dam end and on the east side further down. We did the best with baby perch imitations.

Welcome to the forum and I hope you spend a long time with us. When I have fished there I was on my pontoon and fished with a fly and dragging a worm trying for walleye. Caght perch walleye and trout. Did best along the point across from the boat ramp.

fish the cliffs across from the dock. small flashers trailing a worm works well also red and white daredevils perch or trout rapalas . my favorite is a crayfish pattern diver[
] . fish slow as possible or drift for walleye using worms minnows or fresh sucker meat. good luck [fishin]
