Tried the Knolls today. It was very slow for Noble and myself. I did manage 1 cat and Noble 1 white bass. There was no wind to speak of, but lots of chop in the water. The
water level seemed a little higher than last week. Lost a fair
number of gear in the rocks and snags today also. Haven't
done that in a long time. At any rate we had fun, and got some sun. The tube performed well and the battery worked
good. I gave it a good workout today. Used it constantly on
3 speed for over an hour. Then quite a bit more just moving and such. Was still 60% charged when I got home.[Wink]

What does 60% mean? Allot of these electronics won't work on a battery even at 75%. Was the prop still turning on one?
On second thought, it is still a new battery so it probably was.
In time, the 60% is not going to be enough.

It still turned on all settings. The 60% was what was indicated when I put it on the charger. Make no mistake Joni, I do not and will not rely on this battery for serious motoring. It is just for short moves and to play a bit. For serious long range motoring, I have a marine deep cycle 85
amp battery that will go on the pontoon. Sorry, but I can't get the pictures to post for some reason. [Smile]
