This is a link to the site devoted specifically to kokanee fishing in Idaho. There are several reports on Anderson, and they are recent. I have had good luck with the Apexes on AR in the past, and don't do as well with them at other places. Give them a try, as suggested on one of the reports. I would try the upper end, rather than the dam end. Good luck, and don't forget to leave us a report. Mike

yeah i agree with you jimmy ray . don't know what the allure of kokanee fishing around here is about. i can see if you are at flaming gorge and can catch five pounders ect. but the kokanee around here with the exception of lucky peak ( where i have caught 18 inchers ). are diminutive and put up zero fight. perhaps if you had a downrigger and could disingage from the 5oz weight and pop gear. you might get a tussle along the lines of a five to seven inch bluegill. it would be torture to fish anderson without chucking and winding for smallies and lunker squaws.
