Bountiful Pond is very hit and miss. Go early in the morning, or just before dark for best results on bigger fish. The trout bite pretty well on a small treble, with Superman or sparkley yellow/green powerbait floating about 12" above a small sinker.
Flies also seem to do good, but I haven't had a chance to ask the fly fisherman what type, and since I don't fly fish myself (yet) I don't have first hand experience with what kind.
The cats there do pretty well on nightcrawlers, but will also go for strong scented meats, like chicken livers. The carp are pretty big there, doughballs work well for them.

I haven't seen any decent sized bass come out of there myself, but I have heard about people pulling them up.

Aside from that, fishing off the front of the first dock (first, from the parking lot) can be fun for crappie, bluegill, and sunfish. But since the bag limit is 2 fish, it isn't worth it unless you have kids with you (they love catching the small fish).

Personally I have never caught anything while using a bobber, but others have. I just try to float the bait about a foot from a small sinker, or less if I want the bait closer to the bottom.

Hope this helps Smile
