I noticed that the Walmart in Perry was stocking deer attractacts (Cmeer Deer) and others on their shelf. I thought this was illegal to attract big game with bait, but lo and behold I have searched the proclimation and cannot find anything that says you cannot use bait for deer.
Am I wrong? Did I miss it in the Proclamation? Any insite?

It is legal in Ut to use baits including salts to my understanding, I even checked with local game wardens. Just for peace of mind call your local officer and he'll be glad to help out.
