Curious to know whether er not its legal to be in there in a tube or pontoon without a motor ?? Ive been seeing motorless tooners in that area all the way up to the 2nd set of baffles lately..

I tried to call Willard Bay state park but just got their automatic voice recording, they usually answer the phone earlier in the morning before 10am. Their number is 435-734-8494.
I also called the DWR and they said there was nothing in their rules that said float tubes were not allowed in that section but to call the number above just to make sure.
I don't know about the upper section but I would think you would be ok in the section before the first set of baffles but it might be a good idea to call the number above first.
