I am new to the fishing world and been studying up on different things corresponding to fishing. I was wondering if someone knew of a website that explained and described how to set up different rigs i.e. carloina, texas, wacky, etc.

Go to Youtube.com and search for them rigs. There are alot of instructional videos there.

you can find what you need right here. there are a number of guys who will help you out if you ask spicific questions.
dumping a dozen questions or needing a dozen explinations in a single post will only deture any one attempting to help you.
you can ask your spicific question on most all boards, how ever this board would be the best bet to post your questions.

in addition you can do a internal search on our site and type in the name of the rig you would like information on, there are many articals already posted all over on most every rig you can think of.
